Ian is a graduate in Law, with a Masters Degree in Human Rights. He’s even taught International Law, and all of this gives a brilliant background for the issues facing our clients.
Currently close to completing his professional qualifications in Insolvency, Ian has held a number of positions across the industry and brings with him a wealth of experience for the benefit of our clients – you give him a problem, and he’ll have the answer!
He also fancies himself as a bit of a footballer, but that’s a different subject!
Sarah is a graduate in Psychology which has helped her understand both her team of specialists and the needs of our clients! In particular this background gives her the ability to understand how debt worries can affect people’s daily life.
Obsessed by and totally devoted to great service, Sarah has extensive experience in both our advisor team and the administration of debt management arrangements, liaising and negotiating with creditors on behalf of our clients.
Neil has worked in the mortgage industry for over 10 years, having spent the early part of his career with a major High Street lender where he has held positions in sales, training, complaints handling and, significantly, in Compliance.
He has gained great experience of the whole mortgage market from working with the likes of Moneysupermarket.com where he became an expert in helping clients in financial difficulties obtain mortgages. We believe there’s no one in a better position to help our clients secure the mortgage or secured loan they need!
Greg has more than 22 years experience as a practising solicitor and 18 years experience as an Insolvency Practitioner
Greg started his career as a solicitor in 1981. From 1988 to 2003 Greg was responsible for the growth of a leading provincial solicitors practice providing specialist services of insolvency, personal accident claims, and commercial and domestic property conveyancing.
Greg’s particular expertise has been in respect of personal insolvency matters dealing primarily with bankruptcies and Individual Voluntary Arrangements. The past few years has seen a substantial growth in the number of people experiencing serious debt problems and the demand for professional management of these problems has increased enormously, with Greg‘s experience putting W3 Debt Solutions at the forefront of helping clients to deal with such situations. He has been with the business from its commencement and is committed to continuing its development as a leading provider of quality solutions for consumers experiencing financial difficulties.
Greg is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and non-practising solicitor. He is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, the Insolvency Practitioners Association, the Insolvency Lawyers Association and a member of the Solicitors Assistance Scheme.
